Wideband E-Band Cassegrain Antenna

Wideband E-Band Cassegrain Antenna

Custom

Through repeated electromagnetic field simulation and measurement evaluation, we achieved mass production of a compact parabolic antenna compatible with the E-Band (70G/80G).

Design and manufacturing innovations enable lightweight construction and improved productivity.

Features

1. Achieves Significant Weight Reduction

Conventional E-Band models weighed approximately 7 kg; this antenna reduces weight to about 1.6 kg, enabling easier installation in elevated and confined locations.

2. Achieves Mass Production of Waveguides Through Metal Forming

We successfully manufacture waveguides—critical components that directly impact antenna performance—using metal forming (mold-based) processes.
This approach reduces cost and enables high-volume production.

Applications

1. Used for point-to-point wireless communication systems capable of transmission speeds of 1 Gbps or higher as an alternative to optical fiber, and for backhaul links between cellular base stations associated with small cell deployment
2. Emergency high-speed networks during disasters
3. Live broadcasting from event and concert venues
4. High-speed networks across rivers and ports
5. High-speed networks between remote islands
6. Rapid deployment of high-speed networks in mountainous areas, across valleys, and other locations where optical fiber installation is difficult
