This FPC Coaxial Antenna is a high-performance omnidirectional Dipole Antenna optimized for the 800–900 MHz bands and 2 GHz band, supporting LTE and LPWA applications in IoT devices. Its compact form factor enables integration into space-constrained designs. The ground-plane-independent design minimizes layout constraints, allowing you to embed the antenna by simply connecting it to your communication module via an RF connector.

Features

1. Pre-Certified for Integration with a Wide Range of Communication Modules

This antenna has been pre-certified with major commercially available communication modules, enabling immediate prototyping and mass production—even under aggressive development schedules.
It supports the primary cellular frequency bands used in Japan, including 800–900 MHz and 1.4–2 GHz, making it suitable for 4G LTE, LPWA in the 902–928 MHz ISM band (FCC Part 15), and other sub-GHz wireless applications.

2. Excellent Antenna Performance

Despite its compact 100 mm length, this antenna is engineered to deliver excellent radiation efficiency across a wide frequency range. It is designed for installation inside resin-based dielectric enclosures, allowing easy integration without the need to account for enclosure effects. The ground-plane-independent structure enables simple connection to the module via cable and RF connector. To minimize performance impact, the antenna should be mounted at least 10 mm away from metal parts or surfaces, with 20 mm or more recommended for optimal results. Compared to other antennas of similar size available on the market, it offers outstanding performance.

Applications

This antenna is primarily used in smart tracking devices. It is integrated into compact GPS trackers, pet trackers, and other location-tracking devices to enable position data transmission, tracking, and device status monitoring.
It is also ideal for logistics management systems, agricultural and dairy monitoring terminals, LTE routers and gateways, as well as rental cars, car-sharing, and bike-sharing applications.
