Standard

This ultra-compact tri-band embedded antenna supports 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6–7 GHz bands, including Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be), in a lightweight 0.3 g form factor. It enables reliable connectivity across Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and other 2.4 GHz wireless systems, as well as next-generation devices operating in the 5 GHz and 6–7 GHz spectrum.

1. Tri-Band Design for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)

Supports three frequency bands: 2400–2500 MHz, 5150–5850 MHz, and 5925–7125 MHz. In addition to covering the full spectrum used by Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be), this versatile tri-band antenna also supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and other 2.4 GHz wireless systems.

2. Ultra-Compact SMT Stamped Metal Antenna — Among the Smallest Footprints in Its Class

Antenna dimensions measure 8 (L) × 3.7 (W) × 6.6 (H) mm, with a PCB footprint of just 10 × 7 mm (70 mm²). This places it among the smallest SMT stamped metal antennas supporting tri-band operation.* Weighing approximately 0.3 g, the antenna supports Solder paste (reflow) assembly and integrates directly into automated SMT (Surface Mount) production lines.
The stamped metal structure (SUS with Ni plating) ensures high dimensional repeatability for stable performance in high-volume manufacturing. Tape-and-Reel Packaging is planned.

3. Stable Wireless Performance in an Ultra-Compact Form Factor

Despite a PCB footprint of only 70 mm², the λ/4 Monopole Antenna design and 50 Ω nominal Input Impedance deliver stable omnidirectional Radiation Pattern characteristics across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6–7 GHz bands.
Optimized Impedance Matching enables strong return-loss performance in each band and simplifies fine-tuning to suit your PCB layout. Compared to typical PCB trace antennas, this structure is less sensitive to board layout variations, helping you maintain consistent antenna performance.

4. Two Placement Options to Match Your Mounting Requirements

Available in two configurations: board-edge placement and board-center placement.
The evaluation board measures 30 (L) × 50 (W) mm and supports performance testing for both placement patterns.

5. Wide Operating Temperature Range and Proven Reliability for Industrial Applications

Operating temperature range: –40 °C to +120 °C. Suitable for installations ranging from high-temperature outdoor environments to cold-climate industrial equipment. The antenna has passed four reliability tests: temperature cycling, humidity resistance, heat resistance, and cold resistance, ensuring dependable long-term operation in industrial IoT devices.
