From the initial design stage, we propose the antenna keep-out area and optimize antenna geometry considering surrounding components. Our proprietary antenna element structure enables stable performance (gain, radiation pattern, and radiation efficiency) even under ground plane conditions close to metal surfaces. The thermally bonded antenna element structure allows multiple antenna elements to be integrated into a single molded component.
Manufacturing methods such as MID and LDS, which directly form antenna elements on resin components, typically require large production volumes of at least 100,000 units.
