STAF collaborates with your design team from the earliest development stage to define the optimal antenna keep-out area and reserved space within your enclosure and PCB layout. We design the antenna geometry while accounting for nearby components, ground plane conditions, and mechanical constraints to ensure stable impedance matching and consistent RF performance. Our proprietary radiating element structure maintains strong Gain, stable Radiation Pattern characteristics, and high Radiation Efficiency—even when installed in close proximity to metal surfaces. The antenna element is thermally bonded to a molded housing, enabling multiple radiating elements to be integrated into a single compact structure for multi-band or MIMO configurations.
Manufacturing methods such as MID and LDS, which form antenna elements directly on resin substrates, typically require large production volumes of 100,000 units or more. Our Multi-Band Embedded Antenna supports production volumes starting from several tens of thousands of units. Please contact us for details.
